I think I am managing both my work and personal life very well. I start by reviewing my schedule and creating a list of high-priority tasks that need to be done for the day. Scheduling like this allows me to finish work on time and relax at home before the next shift.
In my spare time, I enjoy woodworking, but lately I've been focused on restoring antique trinkets, mainly pocket watches and small mechanical tools. The Red Cross Bazaar is a great place to find old trinkets from the past, so go check it out!
