What kind of work do you do now?
I am involved in building Service Cloud and Field Services for major manufacturers. There are four people from WeLearn participating, and I am a manager among them.

We care about earning the trust of our customers. If you can gain trust and build a good relationship in the early stages of a project, the subsequent work will be very smooth.
When I feel that it is difficult to communicate well in chat, or if I feel that there is a discrepancy in understanding, I try to talk with everyone right away. Since we can't meet face-to-face, I try to have as many video meetings as possible.
I gave a presentation, in English, on the functions implemented by WeLearn to the customer's development team (all of whom cannot speak Japanese). It was my first time giving a presentation in English, so I was worried if I would be able to communicate well, but with the support of the other members, I was able to complete the presentation without a problem.
Many of our employees are proficient in English, and we often use English in our work. I'm not very good at English, but I can improve with the support of those around me.
I think there's a lot of people with high potential. There are many young people, I feel that not only the company itself but also the individual employees are growing day by day.
I work fully remotely, so I think it's easy to take time for myself because I don't have time to commute. On the other hand, the on/off switching becomes ambiguous, and even after the work is over, you may find out what you care about or modify the code.
I often do housework or go shopping. I live next door to a movie theater, so I would like to go to the movies more often.
