A community where diverse members learn together as a team
WeLearn is a company where we learn and grow as a team, just as our name suggests.
Starting from language cafes, I've learned a great deal, all the way to advanced bilingual Salesforce development.
Working as a team isn't as easy as it sounds with such a diverse group of members, but we've grown even in a fully remote environment by continuing discussions with humility and respect for others.
Diversity is strength—this is the greatest lesson I learned and my firm belief from my experiences at Intel USA and Apple.

Biography
Born in Ageo, Saitama Prefecture. Graduated from Hosei University, Faculty of Economics.
Joined AEON as a new graduate. Leveraged Eiken and bookkeeping (Level 1) qualifications to build a career in administration at Intel (USA), Apple, and Symantec.
In 2010, founded the popular language cafe '80’s Cafe' in Akihabara using Apple stock options while continuing salaried work.
In 2019, after Symantec was acquired by Accenture, completed 25 years as a salaried employee serving as CFO, and has since been dedicated full-time to WeLearn Co., Ltd.
