Membership

How do I create an account?
Please register from "New Member Registration" button at the top or bottom of the page.
After entering your email address, you will receive an email to continue the registration process, from there you can complete your registration and start joining events.
Where can I change my account name?
We are very sorry, but account names cannot be changed.
Can I change my email address?
Changes can be made via My Page.
Select 'Edit profile information' and select 'Basic information' to change your email address.
Can I change my profile picture?
Changes can be made via My Page.
Select 'Edit profile information' to change the image.
Can I change my password?
Changes can be made via My Page.
Select 'Edit profile information' and select 'Basic information' to change your password.
I forgot my password
Click 'Forgot your password' on the login screen to reset your password.
Why do I need to register under my real name?
WeLearn Community asks members to register their real names in order to build trust between members of the community.
I have not received a confirmation email.
Some providers and free emails may be sorted into a spam folder or a trash box.
If you have not received it there either, please contact us via the contact form.
What types of plans are available?
1) Unlimited membership

For $10 (USD) per month, all WeLearn Community features are available at no extra charge.
・Unlimited event participation
・Use of group chats
Recommended for those who attend lessons at least twice a month.

2) Pay-as-you-go membership

You can join WeLearn Community events, starting from $7 (USD)
What are the prohibited matters?
Please see the Terms of service at the bottom of the screen for prohibited matters.

Function

Can I send chats between individuals?
We are very sorry, but only group chats are supported.
How can I join an event?
Select the event you wish to attend from the 'Upcoming events' section of the community you are participating in and select 'Attend this event'.

Payment

What payment methods are supported?
You can choose to pay by card(credit/debit).
Can I change or update my credit card details?
Changes can be made via My Page.
Select 'Edit profile information' and select 'Basic information' to change or update your credit card details.
Is it possible to refund the monthly fee for a paid member?
We are very sorry, but no refunds will be made under any circumstances.
I bought an event ticket on a pay-as-you-go plan, but I can no longer join the event. Is it possible to get a refund?
We typically do not accept cancellations or refunds after application.
Please note. If you wish to cancel your attendance after you applied, due to unavoidable reasons, such as injury or bereavement, please contact us from the inquiry screen.
I bought an event ticket on a pay-as-you-go plan, but the event was cancelled. Is it possible to get a refund?
Refunds are only available if the event is cancelled by us (WeLearn Community). In this case we will refund 100% of any fees paid regarding the event.
Will I get a refund if I withdraw in the middle of the month?
If the subscription is cancelled in the middle of the month, one month's worth of charges will be incurred and no refunds will be made, including refunds due to daily settlement.
