Job description

As a development engineer, you will be in charge of designing and developing solutions using Salesforce.
- Design and develop custom applications in Salesforce based on business requirements.
- You will also customize an existing Salesforce system to meet your clients’ specific needs.

Estimates
◇Experienced Engineer Annual Salary
¥5,016,000 (development project, engineer experience 4 years Apex/VisualForce, 2 years Salesforce)
¥6,240,000 (development project, engineer experience 2 years Apex/VisualForce/LWC/JavaScript, Salesforce 2 years)

※Salary determined in consideration of experience and skills. Basic current salary + 10%
※Annual bonus available
※Includes 20 hours of fixed overtime (many leave work on time except during busy periods)
*Excess overtime will be paid separately
※There is a trial period of 3 months (there is no difference in treatment, and all past employees are full-time employees)

Working hours

Regular hours will depend on individual projects
Flex-time available for in-house projects (8hrs p/d, core time 10:00-16:00)
Break time: 1 hour
