01

Why I Joined

- What made you decide to join WeLearn?

Living in a regional area, I was looking for a fully remote position. I was also hoping to work in a role where I could utilize my language skills, and that’s how I came across this opportunity.

02

My Work

- What kind of work are you currently involved in?

I work on system development projects using Salesforce.

- What do you value most in your work?

I try not to leave things unclear. Even if it takes time, I make sure to confirm and understand everything properly. I take full advantage of the fact that I’m surrounded by experienced senior members and actively ask questions whenever something comes up.

- What has been the most memorable experience in your work so far?

In this project, I travel to the U.S. every month for client meetings. On-site, we present the completed systems and spend five to six hours a day discussing requirements and future direction with the client. This continues for about two weeks, which was intense, but also extremely educational. Direct communication allowed decisions to be made quickly and helped me better understand each stakeholder’s priorities.

03

About WeLearn

- What makes WeLearn unique?

The company offers strong support for certifications and self-study. Exam fees and study materials can be reimbursed, and there are also internal English lessons that anyone can freely join.

- What are your colleagues like?

Many colleagues are kind and calm, and there are quite a few people with overseas backgrounds or study-abroad experience.

- How is your work–life balance?

Without commuting, I can secure plenty of personal time. The attendance system is also easy to use, and I have no complaints.

04

Message

- Finally, do you have a message for those considering joining WeLearn?

I’m still relatively new, and every day brings new challenges, but it’s an ideal environment for those who enjoy learning. The workplace is filled with kind and supportive people, so even if you lack confidence, I encourage you to take that first step. I look forward to working together!
