How do you communicate with team members in a fully remote work environment?

It's a fully remote position, so I'm trying to communicate frequently. I always share the progress with team members and check if they are on the same page as we proceed. In addition, we regularly set up time to chat with team members.

Can you tell us about a time that left an impression on you, during your interactions with customers?

I myself had no IT experience when I joined the company, so I didn't even understand what Salesforce was. I think that there are many cases where customers have concerns at the time of initial introduction of Salesforce.

We want to simplify everything for the customer to understand in hearing. I'm trying to be as easy to understand as possible and to be able to explain the software effectively. It is impressive that we have earned the trust of our customers and that the relationship has continued.

My co-workers are of different nationalities, so I enjoy learning about cultural differences. More than 8 languages are spoken, and in addition to Salesforce-related projects, language learning is also provided within the company. I participate in English conversation sessions twice a week.
